I'm Now a Mater Mothers Bundle of Joy Partner

3 min read

There's a moment I never get tired of. It's usually about a day, maybe two, after the birth, when the room has gone quiet, the visitors have gone home, and a brand new family is simply looking at each other. Everything feels soft and a little unreal. Someone is tired, someone is teary, and someone has the tiniest fingers wrapped around theirs.

That moment is exactly why I do what I do. So I'm so happy to share some news that feels like a natural fit: I'm now an official partner of Bundle of Joy, the membership program from Mater Mothers' Private Brisbane.

What is Bundle of Joy?

Bundle of Joy is a card for families having their baby at a private hospital in Brisbane, created to ease some of the load during pregnancy and those first precious days. The Premium card ($590) includes routine pregnancy blood tests, the two routine ultrasounds, four days of free hospital parking and partner meals after the birth. The standard card ($390) includes the blood tests, parking and meals.

Both cards also come with special offers from local businesses who love supporting families at this time. I'm honoured to be one of them.

My gift to you

If you're a Bundle of Joy or Bundle of Joy Premium cardholder, you'll receive a complimentary $200 artwork credit when you book a Fresh 48 session or an in-home newborn photography experience with me.

That credit goes towards the heirloom artwork of your choice. It could be a beautiful print for your wall, or an album that gets pulled out on rainy afternoons for years to come. I'd love for the images of your baby's first days to be something you can hold and see every day, rather than something that lives in a folder on your phone.

Why Fresh 48 and newborn sessions matter to me

I photograph in a natural, timeless and heartfelt style, and I'm not interested in stiff poses or anything that feels forced. The Fresh 48 is about capturing your baby just as they are in those first hours and days, and the way you look at them. Your newborn session at home is just as gentle, set in the place where your family's story is really starting.

The days and weeks after a baby arrives disappear so quickly. You think you'll remember everything, and then one day you look at your toddler and can't quite recall how small they once were. Photographs hold on to that for you.

How to claim your offer

Just mention your Bundle of Joy card when you get in touch to book your Fresh 48 or in-home newborn session, and I'll take care of the rest. I'd also suggest reaching out early, as newborn dates fill up fast and babies tend to arrive on their own schedule. I'm happy to pencil you in well ahead of your due date.

You can purchase your card by calling Mater Mothers' Private Brisbane on 07 3163 8847, or by completing the online form on the Mater website. They recommend getting the Premium card before your first ultrasound, at around 11 weeks.

Let's chat

If you're expecting, or know someone who is, I'd love to hear from you. Congratulations on this beautiful chapter. I can't wait to meet your little one.
